Partner with Fortune 500 customers to translate AI capabilities, drive product adoption, and measure business outcomes in a strategic, consultative role.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Develop deep mastery of Cresta's products and how they work in real customer environments
  • ▹Guide customers on best feature usage, stepping in directly when needed (prompt design, workflow setup, rule configuration)
  • ▹Work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand goals, constraints, and workflows
  • ▹Identify opportunities to improve performance and refine Cresta deployment for measurable impact
  • ▹Maintain overall account health across a portfolio, including renewals and risk awareness
  • ▹Run periodic business reviews and drive project management on priorities

Requirements

  • ▹2-7+ years of experience in management consulting, customer-facing strategy/execution roles (SaaS experience a plus)
  • ▹Thinks in frameworks and systems, not just tasks
  • ▹Ability to own ambiguous problems through to solutions and build best practices
  • ▹Connects technical capabilities to real business outcomes
  • ▹Comfortable in technical environments (data analysis, SaaS configuration, AI tools) without an engineering background
  • ▹Strong executive communication skills
  • ▹Willingness to travel (~25%) and work across time zones
