Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain productive relationships with business and technology stakeholders
• ▹Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture business requirements
• ▹Analyse current-state business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation
• ▹Advise stakeholders on technical standards and policies such as cybersecurity, hosting architecture, accessibility, data privacy and branding
• ▹Guide business demands to the appropriate service owners or solution architects
• ▹Assess business demands for value, strategic alignment, risk, dependencies and complexity
• ▹Prepare demand assessment materials for governance and prioritisation
• ▹Lead requirements elicitation and business analysis for assigned projects
• ▹Maintain requirements traceability and manage requirement changes
• ▹Participate in solution design workshops and reviews
• ▹Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and support SIT/UAT
• ▹Support deployment planning and go-live readiness
• ▹Participate in post-implementation reviews and benefits realisation

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
• ▹Minimum 7 years of professional business analysis experience across the full solution lifecycle
• ▹Expert spoken and written English
• ▹Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint), Copilot and Visio
• ▹Experience with business process modelling (BPMN, UML or equivalent)
• ▹Experience with medium- to large-scale, cross-functional systems in an international context
• ▹Experience within PRINCE2 or PMI frameworks, Agile or Hybrid delivery
• ▹Experience with major IT platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of French or another official UN language
• ▹Experience with citizen and fusion development approaches
• ▹Experience with Robotic Process Automation or orchestration of AI-powered workflows
• ▹Experience defining governance and prioritisation models for technology demand
