Syner-G BioPharma Group is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support the continuous improvement of its enterprise applications and data platform through requirements analysis, system administration, integration development and reporting.

Responsibilities

▹Elicit, document and maintain business, functional and technical requirements for enterprise systems and data initiatives
▹Draft and maintain system and data architecture diagrams, data models and workflows
▹Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance and Operations to translate needs into requirements
▹Support solution design and delivery of dataflows, integrations and reporting products
▹Manage user provisioning and role-based access across enterprise applications
▹Troubleshoot system and data issues, coordinating resolution with internal teams and vendors
▹Support upgrades, enhancements and data migration efforts
▹Document requirements for integration updates and modernization
▹Develop native Kantata, NetSuite and Salesforce reporting solutions
▹Support design, development and maintenance of centralized reporting in Power BI
