Senior Business Analyst

Business / System Analyst • Senior • Remote • Full-time Spain Spain

A Senior Business Analyst role on Moniepoint's growth team, designing, testing, and rolling out strategies to boost user acquisition, retention, and engagement for payment products through quantitative analysis and strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers, business development, and data engineering to uncover problems and surface product metrics
  • Translate complex product and business questions into simple, actionable insights
  • Build, maintain, and scale self-service dashboards and custom visualisation tools
  • Own end-to-end analytics for growth products, from data requirements to opportunity sizing, experiment design, and post-launch impact reviews
  • Cultivate trusted relationships across teams as a link between technology, business, and product
  • Apply advanced statistical and ML techniques (A/B tests, multivariate testing, clustering, supervised learning) to practical business problems

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role at high-scale tech companies, tier-1 consulting firms, or investment banks
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Practical experience designing, running, and analysing experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) on digital products
  • Hands-on experience with visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Experience applying statistical modelling and advanced analytics
  • Strong statistical programming skills in Python, familiarity with Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks
  • Clear, professional spoken and written English

Nice to have

  • Experience in Product management, Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Design, or Customer Success
