Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with product managers, business development, and data engineering to uncover problems and surface product metrics
• ▹Translate complex product and business questions into simple, actionable insights
• ▹Build, maintain, and scale self-service dashboards and custom visualisation tools
• ▹Own end-to-end analytics for growth products, from data requirements to opportunity sizing, experiment design, and post-launch impact reviews
• ▹Cultivate trusted relationships across teams as a link between technology, business, and product
• ▹Apply advanced statistical and ML techniques (A/B tests, multivariate testing, clustering, supervised learning) to practical business problems

Requirements

• ▹3 to 4 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role at high-scale tech companies, tier-1 consulting firms, or investment banks
• ▹Excellent SQL skills
• ▹Practical experience designing, running, and analysing experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) on digital products
• ▹Hands-on experience with visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker
• ▹Experience applying statistical modelling and advanced analytics
• ▹Strong statistical programming skills in Python, familiarity with Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks
• ▹Clear, professional spoken and written English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in Product management, Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Design, or Customer Success
