Responsibilities

• ▹Act as primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication
• ▹Manage project and task progress in the project management system
• ▹Coordinate ticket status follow-up with client and project team
• ▹Monitor employee time against allocation and project scope
• ▹Create and present weekly status updates to PMO Director, Success Managers and clients
• ▹Create project team utilization forecasts, schedules and timelines
• ▹Present project plans to clients for alignment and approval
• ▹Facilitate internal and client meetings (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, UAT)
• ▹Capture and document potential risks, manage mitigation plans
• ▹Prepare and issue project invoices
