Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Operations

As a Project Manager you are the hub for our operational and digital processes: reviewing existing workflows, sketching new cross-functional processes, and translating business requirements into clear concepts for the development team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing, questioning and sketching existing and new business processes (e.g. linking on-site appointments with digital services)
  • Acting as the communication bridge between occupational medicine, occupational safety and the internal IT/software team
  • Leading cross-departmental projects from initial idea to successful implementation
  • Supporting the conception of new hybrid services and digital products, ensuring the underlying operational processes run smoothly
  • Translating business requirements (e.g. medical documentation obligations) into logical user stories or process flows for IT

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable role where you learned to quickly grasp complex structures
  • Strong IT and digital understanding — you don't need to code yourself, but you understand how software works, how data flows, and how digital products are built
  • Analytical 'questioning spirit': the ability to dig deeper, ask the right questions, and sketch processes logically and visually
  • Cross-functional thinking: quickly seeing things from the perspective of an occupational physician, a safety specialist and a software developer
  • Strong communication skills to confidently moderate conflicts or differing priorities between tech and non-tech teams, in German
