Responsibilities

• ▹Full program and project management responsibility for SAP transformation projects (S/4HANA rollouts, system consolidations, RISE migrations): scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies
• ▹Designing and implementing effective governance models and PMO structures; defining steering-committee cadences, escalation paths and reporting frameworks for C-level stakeholders
• ▹Leading rollout planning and coordination across countries, business units and workstreams (functional, technical, change management, data migration)
• ▹Planning and executing cutover management: cutover strategy, go/no-go decision framework, test cutovers, dry runs and live cutover leadership
• ▹Managing risks, issues and dependencies at program level; proactively identifying deviations and initiating corrective actions
• ▹Coordinating system integrators, software vendors and internal IT teams; managing and reviewing external service providers in complex multi-vendor environments
• ▹Overseeing post-go-live hypercare phases: stabilization planning, ticket management, SLA monitoring, transition to operations
• ▹Creating and maintaining project plans, milestone tracking and status reports; preparing and presenting decision documents and program reviews for executives
• ▹Contributing to business development: supporting proposal creation, effort estimation and acquisition activities

Requirements

• ▹Strong affinity for SAP technology topics and digital transformation in complex enterprise environments
• ▹3-6 years of experience in management or IT consulting, including a proven track record leading complex S/4HANA transformation or rollout programs
• ▹Solid expertise in cross-country rollout management, cutover management, go-live planning and hypercare in SAP implementations
• ▹Solid knowledge of SAP implementation methodology (SAP Activate, Agile, Hybrid)
• ▹Excellent academic background (Master's degree, MBA or equivalent); business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics preferred
• ▹Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of core business processes (finance, procurement, supply chain, HR)

Nice to have

• ▹A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP) is a big advantage
• ▹Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM/Solution Manager, SAP Signavio and/or SAP LeanIX from a program governance perspective is an advantage
