Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
• ▹Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams
• ▹Proactively engage with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and dependency management
• ▹Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services
• ▹Proactively improve the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service
• ▹Track key performance metrics: uptime rate, development deviation, defect detection rate, error monitoring, delivery rate
• ▹Ensure effective prioritization, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables
• ▹Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders
• ▹Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement in processes, communication, and delivery practices

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment
• ▹Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum
• ▹Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (backend, frontend, DevOps)
• ▹Strong track record delivering complex projects with strict reliability and uptime requirements
• ▹Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs to improve delivery and operational excellence
• ▹Experience in industries with fast release cycles, live systems, and customer-facing platforms
• ▹Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production
• ▹Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
