Responsibilities

• ▹Drive fit-to-standard analysis, harmonization of logistics processes, and strategic alignment with global SAP templates and organization policies
• ▹Ensure the successful transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA, including data migration, process re-engineering, and change management activities
• ▹Work with customer business teams and project teams during pilot and rollout projects, from discovery phase until go-live and stabilization
• ▹Guide the entities being rolled out to handle local tasks such as data cleansing, process harmonization, authorization and training
• ▹Support central template design and localization requirements for logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and transportation processes
• ▹Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology, including the Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run milestones
• ▹Establish and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
• ▹Set up change management with the local organization for the ERP transformation
• ▹Provide hypercare support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations post go-live
• ▹Drive formal sign-offs on deliverables, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and audit frameworks
• ▹Contribute to knowledge transfer, training documentation, and global template evolution

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of consulting and rollout experience, including user training and support
• ▹2+ years of end-to-end implementation experience including migration and cutover activity
• ▹English B2/C1 required
• ▹Knowledge of integrated process chains and S/4HANA functional implementation
• ▹Familiarity with global rollout governance, change control, and regulatory alignment across business units
• ▹Strong expertise in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), including RF framework and warehouse process configuration
• ▹Deep understanding of STI (Intralogistics to Deliver) processes, including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse logistics
• ▹Experience in SAP S/4HANA and embedded EWM system integration and setup
• ▹Ability to conduct site-specific template rollouts and local process adaptations
• ▹Proficient in customizing EWM objects such as storage types, warehouse orders, and activity areas
• ▹Familiarity with integration points between EWM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, QM)

Nice to have

• ▹German B2/C1 is preferred
• ▹Experience in P2S (Produce to Supply) or PP module
