Responsibilities

• ▹Support the transformation and continuous improvement of business processes and solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain
• ▹Plan and execute transformation/implementation initiatives and SAP rollout projects in collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistics, sales organizations, and internal IT teams
• ▹Facilitate requirement workshops, analyze business needs, and prepare functional specifications for SAP ERP solutions
• ▹Support SAP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, user acceptance, and key user support during go-live
• ▹Collaborate with Production, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to optimize end-to-end business processes and system integrations
• ▹Drive stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption to ensure successful project delivery
• ▹Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• ▹Continuously design and further develop concepts and business processes for the O2C area

Requirements

• ▹English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
• ▹Minimum of 4 years of in-depth, hands-on professional experience in the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) process area
• ▹Advanced knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), with familiarity with integrated modules such as LE (Logistics Execution), MM (Materials Management), SAP TM (Transportation Management), and FI (Financial Accounting)
• ▹Proven ability to analyze, design, implement, optimize, and document complex end-to-end business processes
• ▹Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from analysis through implementation
• ▹Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex processes, interpret technical documentation, and translate business requirements into system solutions

Nice to have

• ▹In-depth expertise in relevant SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, PP)
• ▹Experience with SAP Fiori Apps relevant to the O2C process area
