Responsibilities

• ▹Support the transformation (fit to standard/template) and continuous improvement of business processes and solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain
• ▹Plan and execute transformation/implementation initiatives and SAP rollout projects in collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistics, sales organizations, and internal IT teams
• ▹Facilitate requirement workshops, analyze business needs, and prepare functional specifications for SAP ERP solutions
• ▹Support SAP implementation activities, migration testing, authorization, user acceptance, and key user support during go-live
• ▹Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to optimize end-to-end business processes and system integrations
• ▹Drive stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption to ensure successful project delivery
• ▹Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• ▹Provide functional and non-functional expertise and ongoing support for global O2C processes and SAP solutions

Requirements

• ▹University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• ▹English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
• ▹Minimum of 4 years of in-depth, hands-on professional experience in the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) process area
• ▹Advanced knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), with familiarity with integrated modules such as LE, MM, SAP TM, and FI
• ▹Proven ability to analyze, design, implement, optimize, and document complex end-to-end business processes
• ▹Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from analysis through implementation
• ▹Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex processes and translate business requirements into system solutions

Nice to have

• ▹Functional expertise in relevant SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, PP)
• ▹Experience with SAP Fiori Apps relevant to the O2C process area
• ▹Additional language skills
