Natuvion is looking for a (Senior) SAP Customer Service & CRM Consultant to drive hands-on development and architecture for utilities clients migrating their CRM and customer service systems to SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX.

Responsibilities

▹Hands-on SAP development in ABAP / ABAP OO, customizing SAP Web UI components (BOL/GENIL)
▹System transformation and architecture: complex migration projects for customer service, e.g. moving from SAP CRM to SAP CX (Sales & Service Cloud), integrating existing systems into new architectures
▹Customizing and data modeling in the SAP Customer Engagement environment, working with CDS views
▹Error analysis, debugging and resolving deviations during release and implementation phases
▹Taking on the role of Stream Lead or sub-project lead, owning budget, mentoring colleagues

Requirements

▹Deep experience in SAP development
▹Familiarity with customer management processes in the energy/utilities sector
▹Experience architecting and technically implementing complex customer management systems
