(Senior) SAP S4/HANA Customer Service & CRM Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹Hands-on SAP development in ABAP / ABAP OO, customizing SAP Web UI components (BOL/GENIL)
• ▹System transformation and architecture: complex migration projects for customer service, e.g. moving from SAP CRM to SAP CX (Sales & Service Cloud), integrating existing systems into new architectures
• ▹Customizing and data modeling in the SAP Customer Engagement environment, working with CDS views
• ▹Error analysis, debugging and resolving deviations during release and implementation phases
• ▹Taking on the role of Stream Lead or sub-project lead, owning budget, mentoring colleagues

Requirements

• ▹Deep experience in SAP development
• ▹Familiarity with customer management processes in the energy/utilities sector
• ▹Experience architecting and technically implementing complex customer management systems
