Responsibilities
- ▹Engages with 'accounts at risk' to prevent churn
- ▹Drives product adoption and maximizes customer value
- ▹Escalates complex issues
- ▹Debugs and resolves workflow issues
- ▹Drives onboarding and deployment for new clients
- ▹Delivers training sessions to customer teams
- ▹Shares customer insights with the product team
