As Aikido's first UK-based Customer Success manager, you'll be the bridge between customers and the platform, driving adoption, value realization, and churn prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Engages with 'accounts at risk' to prevent churn
  • Drives product adoption and maximizes customer value
  • Escalates complex issues
  • Debugs and resolves workflow issues
  • Drives onboarding and deployment for new clients
  • Delivers training sessions to customer teams
  • Shares customer insights with the product team
