A Technical Customer Support Specialist role at Unisys aimed at experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) professionals with an interest in technology. The position provides first-line technical support for kiosks, POS, and restaurant technology, bridging restaurant operations and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for kiosk and restaurant technology issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to kiosks, POS, and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve issues remotely, escalating when necessary
  • Support system incidents including outages and performance issues
  • Log and manage support tickets in line with SLAs
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams and maintain knowledge base documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment (essential)
  • Hands-on experience supporting technology (essential)
  • Technically minded with problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • German language skills
