A Technical Customer Support Specialist role at Unisys aimed at experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) professionals with an interest in technology. The position provides first-line technical support for kiosks, POS, and restaurant technology, bridging restaurant operations and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- ▹Provide first-line technical support for kiosk and restaurant technology issues
- ▹Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to kiosks, POS, and peripherals
- ▹Diagnose and resolve issues remotely, escalating when necessary
- ▹Support system incidents including outages and performance issues
- ▹Log and manage support tickets in line with SLAs
- ▹Collaborate with IT and engineering teams and maintain knowledge base documentation
Requirements
- ▹Experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment (essential)
- ▹Hands-on experience supporting technology (essential)
- ▹Technically minded with problem-solving skills
- ▹Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting
- ▹Strong communication skills
- ▹Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- ▹German language skills
