German Speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist – Restaurant Technology (Ex Crew Members)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide first-line technical support for kiosk and restaurant technology issues
• ▹Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to kiosks, POS, and peripherals
• ▹Diagnose and resolve issues remotely, escalating when necessary
• ▹Support system incidents including outages and performance issues
• ▹Log and manage support tickets in line with SLAs
• ▹Collaborate with IT and engineering teams and maintain knowledge base documentation

Requirements

• ▹Experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment (essential)
• ▹Hands-on experience supporting technology (essential)
• ▹Technically minded with problem-solving skills
• ▹Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting
• ▹Strong communication skills
• ▹Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• ▹German language skills
