Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Managing large strategic projects or sets of projects
• ▹Tracking project status and creating delivery roadmaps with executive IT leadership and technical teams
• ▹Critical team resource management and performance management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• ▹Ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement plans for optimal efficiency
• ▹Serving as overall leader and liaison between business units, vendors, IT, and information security
• ▹Mentoring other project managers and scrum masters, contributing to budgeting and financial forecasting

Requirements

• ▹Leadership experience managing large enterprise projects and programs
• ▹Experience working on large projects in the insurance domain
• ▹Highly adaptable in managing and leading highly complex programs or projects
• ▹Exceptional communication skills, ability to build relationships with team members and other departments
