Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure project success
• ▹Work closely with an agile development team throughout the entire project lifecycle
• ▹Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• ▹Drive continuous improvement of the team and its processes using a servant leadership style
• ▹Identify and resolve problems, questions, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions
• ▹Track team velocity, health, and sprint progress, and surface risks to stakeholders
• ▹Own budgets, timelines, scope, and risks
• ▹Act as the client's primary contact and maintain transparency
• ▹Take notes on action items and disseminate information and tasks to the team
• ▹Report weekly to the manager on project health
• ▹Report weekly/monthly status updates to clients

Requirements

• ▹Alignment with the company's corporate values and mission to help people
• ▹Belief in the principles of open source
• ▹Advanced to fluent English communication skills
• ▹3+ years of experience in project management or a related role
• ▹Direct work experience in the digital realm with development project life cycles
• ▹Experience with various software development methodologies and PM tools (SCRUM/Agile, Kanban)

Nice to have

• ▹Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• ▹Scrum certification (PSM)
