SAP Business One / Acumatica Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for SAP Business One and Acumatica clients
• ▹Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• ▹Facilitate kickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews
• ▹Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and PMO processes
• ▹Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and issue resolution
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and data migration specialists
• ▹Monitor project health, budget burn, and delivery risks
• ▹Serve as the primary client-facing project lead throughout implementation
• ▹Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and milestones
• ▹Maintain consistency and quality across project documentation and reporting
• ▹Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• ▹Escalate critical project concerns with recommended action plans

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of ERP project management experience
• ▹Experience managing SAP Business One, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP implementations
• ▹Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies
• ▹Executive-level communication skills
• ▹Ability to drive alignment across clients, consultants, developers, and leadership
