Responsibilities

• ▹Operate a cross-functional IT development unit (squad) within a large team
• ▹Resolve current issues related to the project under work
• ▹Act as the single point of contact for the unit in internal and external communication
• ▹Manage the full development cycle, including production releases
• ▹Maintain the business requirements and value of every task delivered by the unit
• ▹Manage the unit's priorities and backlog
• ▹Work out new tasks together with business/product/analytics teams
• ▹Manage deadlines
• ▹Analyze, break down, estimate, and control execution of tasks
• ▹Organize the unit's work efficiently using Agile methodologies
• ▹Collect and process business requirements and translate them into tasks
• ▹Manage business customers' expectations
• ▹Build effective communication with teammates across the whole company
• ▹Keep excellent order in Jira / Confluence

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Team Lead / System Analyst / Delivery Manager in a fast-paced IT development team
• ▹Experience working in a fintech / core functionality team
