Software Deployment Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive deployment projects end-to-end, from scoping to go-live
• ▹Analyze client needs and advise on process optimization
• ▹Configure the software to match each organization's business context
• ▹Facilitate project workshops and coordinate stakeholders
• ▹Train and support end users in adopting the tools
• ▹Track project progress and ensure client satisfaction
• ▹Feed product and development teams with evolution requests
• ▹Keep functional and user documentation up to date

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience as a software consultant, functional project lead, or subject-matter referent on a deployment project (accounting, finance, payroll)
• ▹Experience using or configuring management software such as Sage, SAP, Cegid, EBP or equivalent
• ▹Strong organizational skills, able to manage several projects in parallel
• ▹Fast learner, adaptable to new environments
• ▹Good professional English

Nice to have

• ▹German language skills
• ▹Previous experience at a software vendor
• ▹Experience in an accounting firm
• ▹Familiarity with expense management solutions
