Responsibilities

▹Serve as Incident Commander across all severities, including the most critical, cross-functional incidents
▹Own and orchestrate the company-wide incident process, ensuring accuracy of incident data
▹Enforce incident response practices and drive adoption of industry best practices
▹Identify cross-org gaps and push fixes that reduce MTTR
▹Run multiple concurrent workstreams, deviating from standard process when needed
▹Keep stakeholders informed throughout incidents
