Incident Commander

Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as Incident Commander across all severities, including the most critical, cross-functional incidents
• ▹Own and orchestrate the company-wide incident process, ensuring accuracy of incident data
• ▹Enforce incident response practices and drive adoption of industry best practices
• ▹Identify cross-org gaps and push fixes that reduce MTTR
• ▹Run multiple concurrent workstreams, deviating from standard process when needed
• ▹Keep stakeholders informed throughout incidents
