Technical leadership role on OutSystems' Digital team, building enterprise applications, integrations, and AI agents, balancing live system quality with new capability delivery.
Responsibilities
- ▹Own the quality bar for everything the team ships, new features and live systems alike
- ▹Provide technical direction for a small, high-autonomy team
- ▹Orchestrate AI agents (e.g. Claude Code, OutSystems Mentor, Cursor) toward specific outcomes
- ▹Design context for AI agents in the domain
- ▹Maintain portfolio integrity, avoiding hidden technical debt
- ▹Fast-validate new technologies, models, and architectures
Requirements
- ▹System-level judgment to direct AI agents without reading every line of output
- ▹Ability to distinguish correct from merely plausible output
- ▹Ability to specify problems precisely before building
- ▹Bias toward experimentation over alignment
