Responsibilities

• ▹Own the quality bar for everything the team ships, new features and live systems alike
• ▹Provide technical direction for a small, high-autonomy team
• ▹Orchestrate AI agents (e.g. Claude Code, OutSystems Mentor, Cursor) toward specific outcomes
• ▹Design context for AI agents in the domain
• ▹Maintain portfolio integrity, avoiding hidden technical debt
• ▹Fast-validate new technologies, models, and architectures

Requirements

• ▹System-level judgment to direct AI agents without reading every line of output
• ▹Ability to distinguish correct from merely plausible output
• ▹Ability to specify problems precisely before building
• ▹Bias toward experimentation over alignment
