Responsibilities

• ▹Work directly with the co-founders on priorities, execution and technical direction
• ▹Act as the glue between engineering and product, ensuring alignment across teams and parallel projects
• ▹Lead greenfield projects from the ground up, building new products powered by LLMs and AI technologies
• ▹Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineers on the team
• ▹Plan and run engineering sprints to support predictable, high-quality delivery
• ▹Stay hands-on when needed: coding, reviewing and debugging complex issues
• ▹Recruit and build a strong engineering team, owning the hiring process end to end
• ▹Support engineers' growth through feedback, mentorship and stretch opportunities
• ▹Contribute to company-wide engineering and process initiatives

Requirements

• ▹Experience as a Tech Lead
• ▹Strong technical foundation: staying close to the codebase and stepping in hands-on, providing technical guidance, debugging complex issues and maintaining a high bar for quality and efficiency
• ▹Around 75% of your time hands-on, for example coding, reviewing changes or improving platform stability and performance
• ▹Willingness to take on people and process management responsibilities

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis (not required)
