Client Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain operational (MCO) and security (MCS) condition of client perimeter security infrastructure
• ▹Lead technical integration of new accounts (TPSOC activity)
• ▹Manage firewall, load balancer, proxy and SASE/SSE vendor technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Netskope, Checkpoint)
• ▹Handle incident, change and problem tickets at level 2 and 3, coordinating with partners
• ▹Organize and lead crisis meetings, produce reports and summaries
• ▹Provide technical and organizational advice to clients on security and cyber-defense matters
• ▹Organize and lead operational committees and project follow-up meetings
• ▹Hold technical responsibility for several client accounts within the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• ▹Organize the team's upskilling on the client environment

Requirements

• ▹Engineering degree in IT (or equivalent) with security certifications
• ▹At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, mainly in the IT sector
• ▹Experience with major accounts in infrastructure and Cloud solutions
• ▹Knowledge of key vendors: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, McAfee, Juniper, Cisco, Cloud security solutions
• ▹Excellent technical knowledge: authentication, firewalls, IPS/IDS, antivirus, SIEM
• ▹Excellent oral and written communication, strong analytical skills
