Change & Release Coordinator

Responsibilities

• ▹Coordinate operational changes and releases of all live service elements, focusing on planning, resource/activity coordination and version control
• ▹Ensure Change and Release Management KPIs are reported and their targets met
• ▹Coordinate with DevSecOps Engineers and other technical teams on deployments, automation improvements and release optimisation
• ▹Collaborate with project and operational teams to ensure effective system change and release implementation
• ▹Assist in setting up support models and managing the transition of projects and new services into business-as-usual
• ▹Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and third parties to ensure timely change and release implementation

Requirements

• ▹University degree in IT or a relevant discipline, plus minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and/or IT service management and delivery
• ▹Experience working within ITIL-aligned frameworks and structured change/release-management processes
• ▹Excellent understanding of ITIL service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, Knowledge Management)
• ▹Proficiency with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow
• ▹Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration-management tools
• ▹Ability to manage multiple high-priority, competing efforts and adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
• ▹ITIL Foundation certification or higher is mandatory
• ▹Excellent command of English

• ▹Agile or DevOps certification and/or project management certification
