Business Analyst (freelance)

Responsibilities

• ▹Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and complex issues involving different services.
• ▹Analyze, elicit, and document business requirements, and transform them into technical requirements.
• ▹Cooperate with Solutions Consultants, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery, and support.
• ▹Prepare and manage technical requirements during the Software Development Lifecycle.
• ▹Create and deliver presentations of suggested solutions to key stakeholders.
• ▹Cooperate with the development teams.
• ▹Participate in User Acceptance Testing.
• ▹Initiate and lead collaboration with colleagues to drive quality and identify best practices.

Requirements

• ▹System and analytical thinking.
• ▹Ability to analyze and document the most complex business processes affecting different services.
• ▹At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position in an Agile environment.
• ▹Proficiency in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
• ▹Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• ▹Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• ▹English from Upper-Intermediate level.
• ▹Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence or similar), Office 365, and visualization tools (Figma, Axure RP or similar).
• ▹Experience in business process modeling techniques, methodologies and tools.
• ▹Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• ▹Ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of management.
