Head of Product

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and lead product portfolio vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• ▹Decide portfolio composition (invest/grow/maintain/change/sunset)
• ▹Continuously analyze market trends, competition and customer needs
• ▹Identify and validate new product and business opportunities, building business cases
• ▹Oversee product lifecycle (development, launch, evolution)
• ▹Monitor and manage product performance (revenue, profitability, adoption, retention)
• ▹Set cross-product priorities and allocate resources based on impact and ROI
• ▹Build and lead the product management function organization-wide
• ▹Align with cross-functional stakeholders to drive go-to-market and growth

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in product management leading multi-product SaaS portfolios
• ▹MarTech/Pharma or regulated domain experience preferred
• ▹Proven ownership of portfolio strategy and P&L, including launches and international scaling
• ▹Strong strategic and analytical skills: portfolio decisions, business cases, pricing, ROI, SaaS metrics
• ▹Deep product management expertise across the full product lifecycle
• ▹Experience balancing innovation vs. optimization and core vs. customer-driven development
• ▹Ability to build and scale product organizations and define standards
• ▹Strong cross-functional leadership in a multinational environment
• ▹Clear, data-driven, customer-centric communication
