Responsibilities

• ▹Talk to users constantly (buyers, power accounts, churned users) and turn conversations into decisions
• ▹Own platform improvement broadly across onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization
• ▹Find the weakest link, fix it, then move to the next
• ▹Own the unit economics of every bet, tying each brief to LTV, CAC payback, or margin per lead
• ▹Model value before anything is built, using rough impact sizing
• ▹Write one-page briefs built around problem, evidence, and expected impact
• ▹Ship experiments weekly, kill failures fast, scale winners
• ▹Pull own data directly using SQL, Amplitude, or BigQuery
• ▹Track competitor changes closely

Requirements

• ▹3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces, with clear examples of metrics moved
• ▹Strong understanding of unit economics: LTV, CAC, payback, contribution margin
• ▹Hands-on user research experience with real synthesis work
• ▹Ability to tie product ideas to measurable upside before development starts
• ▹Experience working with own data using SQL, Amplitude, BigQuery, or similar tools
• ▹English C1+ level
• ▹AI-first mindset, actively using AI to boost output
• ▹High ownership and strong decision-making in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
