Responsibilities

• ▹Attend every customer interview alongside the PM and Engineer, taking notes on friction in real time.
• ▹Map the end-to-end user flow (every screen, email, SMS, refund touch) and identify the highest-friction moments with evidence.
• ▹Design assumption-test prototypes built to disprove or validate the riskiest belief, not to look polished.
• ▹Build multiple prototype directions per test so the trio can pick, not just approve.
• ▹Run usability tests personally and bring findings into the next iteration within 48 hours.
• ▹Ship winning treatments to 100% of users and kill losing ones publicly.
• ▹Pair tightly with engineering, staying in the build until it ships with no over-the-wall handoffs.
• ▹Track competitor experience changes closely.

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in product design, including at least 2 in a continuous-discovery environment.
• ▹Strong end-to-end product design skills: UX, UI, interaction, prototyping.
• ▹At least 5 shipped experiments where design moved a real business metric.
• ▹Comfortable in Figma and code prototypes.
• ▹Personally run 50+ usability tests.
• ▹Able to sketch a prototype live during an interview-synthesis session.
• ▹English C1+.
• ▹AI-first mindset, using AI daily to accelerate output.
• ▹High ownership and strong decision-making in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
