Enterprise Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and transform the systems landscape: lead a multi-year transformation to consolidate and standardize business systems
• ▹Reduce duplication and ensure systems operate as a connected ecosystem
• ▹Own the full lifecycle of systems, from selection to retirement
• ▹Build and execute a clear roadmap aligned to business priorities
• ▹Drive platform rationalization and removal of legacy systems
• ▹Define integration strategy and ensure systems are connected end-to-end
• ▹Establish clear ownership of key data (customer, product, financial, subscription) and eliminate duplicate data and conflicting sources of truth
• ▹Translate business processes into scalable system solutions, challenging unnecessary complexity
• ▹Manage a single, prioritized backlog across all internal systems, balancing competing business demands
• ▹Own system budgets and license optimization, lead vendor selection, negotiation and renewals
