Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts working with product and business teams across the Supply domain
• ▹Guide data analysis work across product areas, customer behavior and partner performance
• ▹Manage performance and conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings with data analysts
• ▹Drive high-impact analytical initiatives across the organization
• ▹Build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• ▹Create, prioritize and communicate the analytics team's backlog
• ▹Strengthen data-driven decision-making across the company and mentor peers
• ▹Participate in the hiring process
• ▹Equip the team with the latest analytical and statistical techniques

Requirements

• ▹Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• ▹Track record of managing priorities across a wide stakeholder group
• ▹5+ years of professional experience in data analysis
• ▹1+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts
• ▹Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• ▹Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards with BI tools
• ▹Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles
• ▹Experience with event tracking and product analytics tools
• ▹Understanding of statistics and A/B testing

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience in a product company or marketplace
• ▹Applying AI in a data context
• ▹Looker experience
• ▹Amplitude experience
