Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of .NET developers, aligning on goals, quality and delivery timelines
• ▹Mentor and coach team members for technical and professional growth
• ▹Drive engineering excellence through best practices in coding, architecture and testing
• ▹Plan and manage team capacity, sprints and milestones for predictable delivery
• ▹Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Development Managers, Architects and Product Owners
• ▹Ensure effective adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• ▹Contribute to the evolution of development processes, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• ▹Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of commercial software development experience
• ▹3+ years leading Scrum teams with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies
• ▹Strong technical expertise in .NET and object-oriented programming
• ▹Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, event buses and message queues
• ▹Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• ▹Good understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming
• ▹Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit, integration and acceptance testing
