Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of Python developers, aligning on goals, quality and delivery timelines
• ▹Mentor and coach team members to support their technical and professional growth
• ▹Drive engineering excellence through best practices in coding, architecture and testing
• ▹Plan and manage team capacity, sprints and milestones
• ▹Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Architects and Product Owners
• ▹Ensure effective adoption of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• ▹Contribute to the evolution of development processes, CI/CD and DevOps practices

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of commercial software development experience
• ▹2+ years leading Scrum teams
• ▹Strong technical expertise in Python and object-oriented programming
• ▹Experience in the .NET ecosystem
• ▹Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, RabbitMQ
• ▹Proficiency in Test Driven Development, unit, integration and acceptance testing
• ▹Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL (MsSQL, MongoDB), Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
