Responsibilities

• ▹Manage the SAP CoE team (FTM, Controlling, PTP, OTC, Basis, developers)
• ▹Plan team workload and allocate resources between rollout and BAU activities
• ▹Deliver S/4HANA rollouts in line with the global (European) template
• ▹Oversee day-to-day system operations and user support
• ▹Collaborate with project managers and product owners
• ▹Manage external suppliers and delivery quality

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 8 years of experience in an SAP functional area (FTM/OTC/PTP)
• ▹Minimum 5 years of team management experience
• ▹Experience with SAP rollouts and system maintenance, ideally ECC or S/4HANA
• ▹Experience leading a functional CoE team or similar structure
• ▹Strong supplier management skills
• ▹Experience working within a global template model
• ▹Very good command of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in logistics or e-commerce
• ▹Knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C processes
• ▹SAP Activate, ITIL knowledge
• ▹Experience in GBS/SSC environments
