Responsibilities

• ▹Act as liaison between the client business organization and software delivery teams
• ▹Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify improvement areas
• ▹Gather and document business requirements together with stakeholders
• ▹Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions
• ▹Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows and user manuals
• ▹Perform data analysis to support decision-making and business insights
• ▹Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
• ▹Participate in testing activities from planning to defect management
• ▹Train and support end-users during adoption of new processes and systems

Requirements

• ▹6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Analyst
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Proficiency in requirement analysis and modeling techniques such as BRD, FSD, use cases, data flow diagrams
• ▹Familiarity with tools such as Balsamiq, Lucidchart, MS Visio, UML
• ▹Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• ▹Experience with JIRA
• ▹Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• ▹CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
• ▹Experience with Business Process Management solutions
• ▹Background in finance or banking
• ▹Knowledge of AI tools and AI concepts
