System Administrator (m/f/d) 2nd-Level Application & Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• ▹Remotely handle complex incident tickets in application & infrastructure, focused on Microsoft environments and various care-sector applications
• ▹Restore folders, expand resources of virtual systems, support standard and client applications in Windows Server, terminal server and Citrix environments
• ▹Coordinate update schedules for client applications with customers and vendors, prepare updates carefully to minimize downtime, and install/distribute updates via images
• ▹Independently gather required information in direct phone contact with customers, communicate in a service-oriented way, and provide regular status updates
• ▹Contribute to smooth, efficient support through careful documentation, targeted knowledge transfer and effective internal communication

Requirements

• ▹Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification
• ▹3-5 years of experience administering, installing and supporting applications (e.g. DATEV, MD Ambulant/Stationär, Sage, StarMoney) in the care sector
• ▹Good knowledge of Microsoft and/or Citrix environments and application installation in client/server environments and on provisioned systems
• ▹Strong service orientation and German proficiency at C1 level or higher
