Partyhat is hiring a System Administrator to oversee its bare-metal virtualization layer, high-availability storage systems and corporate network security. This is a fully remote role requiring independence and deep technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Manage bare-metal hypervisors and HA storage architectures
  • ▹Deploy, harden and scale Linux environments
  • ▹Monitor servers and infrastructure
  • ▹Handle outage and incident response
  • ▹Manage firewall rules and network access control
  • ▹Produce internal documentation and access policies

Requirements

  • ▹Experience managing distributed infrastructure and bare-metal servers
  • ▹Advanced Linux Ubuntu configuration and kernel tuning
  • ▹Proxmox VE and Ceph experience
  • ▹MySQL/MariaDB and Nginx knowledge
  • ▹AWS, Puppet, Bash/Python scripting
  • ▹Nagios/Zabbix monitoring experience
  • ▹pfSense, VLAN, VPN, network segmentation
  • ▹ISMS audit and vulnerability management experience
