Principal Incident Response Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Execute the enterprise-wide Incident Response Plan and recommend security enhancements
• ▹Partner with business units on enterprise-wide remediation and present to senior leadership
• ▹Monitor for security breaches and initiate incident and response management processes
• ▹Implement security service audit schedules and perform access control testing
• ▹Build automated scripts, contingency plans and other responses triggered by detected attacks
• ▹Collaborate with Information Security Architects, Engineers and hardware/software stakeholders
• ▹Integrate third-party attack monitoring and threat reporting services into internal CIRT systems

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience
• ▹6-8 years of related experience
• ▹Knowledge of threat actor tools, techniques and processes (TTP) and indicators of compromise (IOC)
• ▹Experience with endpoint protection and enterprise detection & response software (e.g. CrowdStrike, Carbon Black)
• ▹Knowledge of network and infrastructure technologies (routers, switches, firewalls)
