Responsibilities

• ▹Oversee the full testing lifecycle across multiple teams and projects, standardizing QA processes and tools
• ▹Build scalable test infrastructure, extending into performance, security and compliance testing
• ▹Identify systemic quality gaps and cross-team risks, run trend analysis on quality metrics
• ▹Deliver executive-level QA reports, dashboards and strategic recommendations
• ▹Manage and mentor QA Leads and senior contributors, support career growth
• ▹Distribute workload, set goals and conduct performance reviews across the QA function
• ▹Advocate for Agile testing and quality throughout the product lifecycle
• ▹Partner with engineering, product and business analysts on testing strategy
• ▹Manage and triage reported defects across teams
