Responsibilities

• ▹Provide full oversight of the testing lifecycle across multiple teams and projects, defining and enforcing QA processes and standardizing tools, environments, and test coverage organization-wide
• ▹Establish and continuously refine QA processes, procedures, and standards for pre-market product testing
• ▹Ensure scalable test infrastructure and extend testing capability into performance, security, and compliance testing
• ▹Identify systemic quality gaps and cross-team risks, running trend analysis on quality metrics
• ▹Evaluate and resolve organizational blockers in QA workflows
• ▹Deliver executive-level QA insights, reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to the Head of QA and leadership
• ▹Manage and mentor QA Leads and senior individual contributors, fostering career growth and succession planning
• ▹Distribute workload, set goals for QA teams, and conduct performance reviews
• ▹Drive continuous performance evaluation and improvement of QA teams
• ▹Advocate for Agile testing and quality across the business
