Application Support Engineer (Ivanti / ITSM)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide business support for the Ivanti platform through configuration and in-depth technical setup to automate the Technical Directorate's processes
• ▹Work with key system users to implement new or changed business processes
• ▹Ensure technical integration and alignment with related systems
• ▹Support workflow logic, complex forms, business rules, and SLAs

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience in IT
• ▹2+ years of experience in software administration
• ▹Higher education degree
• ▹Skills in analysis, issue localization, and software testing
• ▹Ability to work with technical documentation
• ▹Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
• ▹Experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
• ▹Basic knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with modern software development methodology (specifications, algorithms, programming)
• ▹Direct experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or Ivanti Service Manager
• ▹Configuration and development on enterprise automation or BPM platforms
