Responsibilities

• ▹Answer Microsoft Business Customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
• ▹Handle customer issues through collaboration, resolution, or escalation
• ▹Keep stakeholders updated on issue resolution status via written and verbal communication
• ▹Log cases in internal systems and stay up to date with Microsoft products and services
• ▹Handle business customer inquiries across multiple communication channels
• ▹Provide complex technical assistance and drive program efficiency across multiple billing platforms
• ▹Maintain strong business relationships through fast, professional service
• ▹Investigate root causes, provide solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• ▹Native-level fluency in Hungarian
• ▹Excellent English communication skills
• ▹Exceptional written and spoken communication, soft skills, and problem-solving skills
• ▹Solid background in Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer Science
• ▹2-3 years of helpdesk or system admin experience with medium to large businesses
• ▹Experience with Microsoft Office products
• ▹B2B and/or B2C customer support experience
• ▹Strong active listening skills to uncover customer needs
• ▹Technical knowledge: Windows Operating Systems, LAN/WAN networking, Microsoft productivity suite, Directory Services and Active Directory, administration experience with Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, Office applications, Skype for Business and Teams
• ▹Ability to adapt communication style to customer personality, culture, and profile

Nice to have

• ▹MCSE or Cisco certification
