Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Onboard new clients and help them integrate the API and launch payment methods
• ▹Investigate client-reported incidents and answer questions via the ticketing system
• ▹Use internal tools, logs and monitoring systems (AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Kibana/Elasticsearch)
• ▹Work closely with Development, Payments Operations and Sales teams
• ▹Escalate and track requests to appropriate teams
• ▹Contribute to internal documentation

Requirements

• ▹Experience in payments, fintech or e-commerce
• ▹Strong analytical, pattern recognition and problem-solving skills
• ▹Basic understanding of card payments workflow and 3D Secure
• ▹Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON and web technologies
• ▹English level B2-C1 (written and spoken)
• ▹Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
• ▹Strong attention to detail, independent problem-solving
• ▹Adaptability, quick learning
• ▹Comfortable with SLA/ticketing systems such as Jira

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with log analysis tools (e.g. AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
• ▹Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
