Cloud Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Troubleshoot customer business processing issues and identify root causes
• ▹Monitor and maintain MS Windows Server environments
• ▹Develop automation and scripting (PowerShell, JSON)
• ▹Work with the Microsoft Azure platform and SQL Server

Requirements

• ▹Experience in Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL Server, PowerShell, SMTP, IIS, FTP/SMTP
• ▹Good knowledge of MS Windows Server monitoring and maintenance
• ▹Experience with automation/scripting tools such as PowerShell, JSON
• ▹Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of network infrastructure, the Microsoft Azure platform, and SQL Server
