Solutions Engineer (Americas)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate directly with clients, leading PoCs
• ▹Provide technical support throughout project lifecycles
• ▹Deliver Level 1 customer support through diverse communication channels
• ▹Oversee the production and delivery chain of HLS and DASH streaming
• ▹Communicate with clients in the Americas region
• ▹Work within the CDN market and with relevant service providers
• ▹Apply knowledge of network protocols, WebRTC and P2P technologies
• ▹Use version control tools, microservice architectures and container orchestration
• ▹Work in cloud environments, particularly AWS and Google Cloud
• ▹Implement observability tools and monitoring/logging stacks

Requirements

• ▹Spanish fluency along with English
• ▹Experience with media streaming protocols (HLS, DASH)
• ▹Experience within the CDN market
• ▹Knowledge of network protocols, WebRTC and P2P technologies
• ▹Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
• ▹Ability to work 5-6 hours behind Spain's time zone to collaborate with Americas clients

Nice to have

• ▹An additional language besides Spanish and English
