Responsibilities

• ▹Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for full functional, technical, and business coverage
• ▹Analyze requirements and specifications to identify logic gaps, risks, and edge cases before development
• ▹Perform manual and automated testing flexibly based on project needs
• ▹Write, run, and maintain automated tests in the internal test automation framework
• ▹Design and support testing strategies for AI-powered features, including prompt evaluation, output validation, regression detection, and reliability checks
• ▹Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted testing tools and workflows
• ▹Take senior ownership of quality, drive QA improvements, share best practices
• ▹Synchronize with development sprints
• ▹Act as a key collaborator between Product Owners and Developers

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of QA experience with proven senior-level ownership of QA processes
• ▹Hands-on experience with both manual testing and test automation
